Store Policies

1. All Sales Are Final
  • Strict No-Return Policy: Due to strict health, hygiene, and sanitary regulations within the cosmetic industry, we enforce a strict no returns, no exchanges, and no refunds policy.
  • Final Checkout: Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be modified, canceled, or returned under any circumstances. Please carefully review your cart, lash curls, lengths, and product selections before finalizing your purchase.

2. Shipping & Delivery
  • Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays).
  • Tracking: A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent as soon as your package leaves our facility.
  • Courier Responsibility: We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged by the shipping carrier. Once the package leaves our facility, custody transfers to the courier. If your tracking says "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

3. Adhesive & Liquid Care Disclaimer
  • Temperature Sensitivity: Professional lash adhesives and liquids are highly sensitive to extreme weather. We strongly recommend tracking your package closely so it does not sit in a hot or freezing mailbox.
  • Storage and Handling: We do not issue refunds or replacements for adhesives that spoil due to courier weather exposure, transit delays, or improper storage in your salon space.

4. Professional Use Only
  • Product Intention: All items sold on this website are intended strictly for licensed lash technicians, certified lash artists, or students under professional supervision.
