• Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped within [1–2] business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the following business day.
• Tracking: A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent as soon as your package leaves our facility.
• Courier Responsibility: We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged by the shipping carrier. Once the package leaves our facility, custody transfers to the courier. If your tracking says "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

• Storage and Handling: We do not issue refunds or replacements for adhesives that spoil due to courier weather exposure, transit delays, or improper storage in your salon space.
